To say that your team did a phenomenal job last week setting AHU18/19 would be an understatement! Jake, Nate, and the whole team did an outstanding job coordinating, staging, rigging and setting the unit sections. They overcame losing the day on Wednesday (due to weather) by setting 8 sections on Thursday. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your entire team’s efforts in making the pick a huge success!

Eric:  Please accept my sincere appreciation for the support provided by the James CRAFT [& Son] team during our recent hospital steam system repair. The steam leak in the main steam header required a hospital wide steam shutdown, potentially affecting patient care for heat, hot water, and surgical instrument sterilization. The planned outage for eight hours was completed in only three hours, thanks to Tory, Ian, and Bob, the CRAFTsmen assigned to make the repairs on Tuesday March 7th.  Please extend my thanks to each of them for a job well done.

All medical gases have been fully restored, inspected and certified. Hospital has been restored to normal medical gas operations. THANK YOU to the LGH Plant and Engineering Team and the James CRAFT & Son Team for your professionalism, assistance and exceptional work. It's truly a pleasure to work side by side with you all. Great job last week (at the ACE Trades event)! Your employees had a lot of positive energy portraying their industry and their employer. Both are great attributes for the kids to experience and more importantly, great marketing for Craft. Based on my experience with James CRAFT & Son contractors during construction of the Data Center I would certainly recommend them for additional projects. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, their personnel knowledgeable and easy to work with, and their project management and support staff extremely responsive. In fact Skae has already discussed partnering with CRAFT on future projects in the central Pennsylvania region.

The startup at Pinnacle with Guy [Pandolfino] went very smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with him over the phone. Guy had called in as requested, he is knowledgeable, had great communication, great job...Very professional! Looking forward to the next one in your area.

The project had a number of challenges including the concurrent construction of the vertical expansion and an owner driven accelerated schedule. Your team was able to quickly adapt to the revised schedule and provide adequate manpower for the successful completion of this project.

I am writing to thank and commend James Craft & Son, Inc. for doing a great job on the Select Medical 5111 Floor Build-out at the Grass Medical Science Building project. Your team, led by Dave Arndt and you, was responsible for the Plumbing and Mechanical scope of work which constituted over 40% of the cost of the entire project and did a fantastic job in delivering a quality product.
